3. Prices & Payment

If applicable, VAT will be added as an additional charge. 5. Cancellations
5.1 In the event of a booking cancellation, please notify Taxi in Watford as soon as possible. Failing to cancel a vehicle dispatch will incur a charge, which will be calculated based on the time and distance traveled by the driver up to the point of cancellation. 5.2 If you have booked through our online booking system and cancel prior to vehicle dispatch, an associated charge may be applied to the initial payment.
6. Liability

7. Termination
7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or decline a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is endangered due to abusive, violent, or damaging behavior by you or any passenger. No refunds will be provided for journeys terminated during hire.
8. Miscellaneous
8.1 Taxi in Watford may subcontract its obligations as specified in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement. 8.2 Taxi in Watford reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates applicable at the time of booking. 8.3 We handle information in accordance with the Data Protection Act of 1988. 8.4 This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Taxi in Watford and yourself. 8.5 Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to confer any benefit on a third party, and no third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement unless otherwise stipulated in writing.
9. Disputes
Any disputes or claims must be raised within 30 days from the date of the booked pick-up. Claims and disputes made after this period will not be entertained by Taxi in Watford.
